Hatha Flow Yoga Classes Now Enrolling
Hatha Flow Yoga with Rashma Byrne. Hatha Flow Yoga is a combination of dynamic flow sequences and holding static poses. Classes are challenging but not too strenuous to accommodate absolute beginners, older students and those recovering from injuries. every class includes meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote a strong mind/body connection.
This yoga practice is a gentle hatha flow, friendly for those with wrist or shoulder issues. There are no sun salutations or vinyasas in this practice, just a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath. Hatha Yoga.
